I have two talks I am going to give this morning. The first is a short version and the second, a longer version. The short version is in keeping with the Eastern viewpoint of simplicity of statement and few words. I’d like to talk this morning about self-control and its relationship to wellness and health. The short version. Self-control is the ability to decide what you want to do and the ability to do it. I’ll repeat that one more time. Self control is the ability to decide what you want to do and the ability to do it. Thank you very much. End of talk. 🙂
