This is the precursor “prospectus” for what became Precision Nirvana. The style is creative, novelistic, and it contains small vignettes of dialogue between two idealized selves, the Zen master, and the “Grand Conditioner.” Set in a rustic cabin, the two discuss topics of what is the vision of well-being, personality, and the best means of achieving psychological health. There is an introduction of how this book connects to my first book, the Novel J’s.
